Project | 01 Map Restoration

It was a project launched by Australian National University (ANU) to restore world maps of the last century. Guided by professor Ian Batterham, we first measured and evaluated the maps and recorded the initial data; Second, we cleaned the surface of the maps and washed acid out of them; Third, we re-starched and dried the maps. We finally restored 10 maps successfully within one month.

Project | 02 Group Performance
Our topic is 'Everything is held down not by gravity, but by fairies'. We started out role-playing different fairies, so I dyed my hair blue. It was an interesting attempt for me, although later we took other schemes to finished the performance. We had some conflicts on the way of preparation, and through constant communication, we completed the performance with high scores. This group work taught me the importance of respect and responsibility in a community.

Project | 03 Photography Department

I have joined photography department of student press crops of Hubei University as a photographer. We recorded campus life through taking photos, including photos of major conferences, big parties held by university, sports meeting and so on. My photos were always published on university's official website, official social media accounts and the university newspaper.
